My experience with Arrow was outstanding especially with the driver. Brandon dropped off the 30 foot dumpster 2 weeks ago he had to watch for wires took extra care to explain the process to me why the wood for the driveway etc....then today he picked up the very full dumpster after a siding and window job added extra wood on the driveway to prevent the driveway from cracking explained to me what he was doing and finagled that truck to accommodate the very full dumpster with careful regard for the wires and my property he was in and out of his truck bay 4 times just to check the progress and make adjustments as needed. Phenomenal skill, excellent customer service so pleasant- Thank you Brandon you were outstanding, I will be calling Arrow in the future for sure.I also called the company and spoke with the lead there personally too express my gratitude and thanks for a fabulous job.Gayle

Many people just shop on price for a dumpster, and Arrow is definitely cost effective. However, if you need quality service, there is NO OTHER choice.We rented dumpsters on 3 separate occasions from Arrow & each time they went above and beyond. From the scheduling to the drop-off & pick up, everything was well coordinated, professionally handled, and respectful of our requests & property. They were also the most affordable option - particularly if you need more than a week.As we prepped our home for sale & pictures, Arrow was happy to fulfill our request of "tucking the dumpster to the side" of the yard so it would not be visible in photographs. They also supplied wood supports to ensure we did not have divots left in the lawn. The dumpsters were in good condition & drained well, but it was Arrow's customer service that won us over completely.

A dumpster when you need it without any drama. I had to clean out my mother's moldy basement of decades of her life after she died and was dreading the "dumpster phase" of the cleanout. (Really dreading it) but Arrow turned out to be kind, professional, a great value/price ratio. They give you two full weeks, are flexible about getting the container when you need it and picking it up promptly, don't hassle you about things that don't matter and were helpful about the whole "I have no idea what size I need." They didn't make me feel like I'm stupid. Not everybody who needs a dumpster is a contractor doing "just another job." Sometimes they're people cleaning out things that make them sad. This company can't cure the pain of loss, but they make sure you don't have yet another painful experience in that process. I have already recommended them to friends and found myself writing a note to Stephanie who books the containers to say a heartfelt thank you. All businesses should operate with this level of service and heart along with a good product and price. Thank you again.

pricing reasonable, especially the added weeks fee. Everyone I dealt with either on phone or the driver were very courteous, helpful and in good humor. A rare thing these days. This could of easily been a 5 star rating, One rude associate can make a difference. BUT.. let's focus on the positive. The "men" were professional and their customer serve was impeccable. The delivery and pick up driver did perfect and there is no damage. The other gentleman on the phone during rental and pick up scheduling answered all our questions and was so polite and helpful. To them we thank you very much. The men alone that work there deserve 5 stars.

I came on to e-mail the business owner to tell them what a great job their driver did dropping off and picking up the dumpster. Our driveway was a little tricky and he maneuvered the truck perfectly. He put down boards so the driveway would not get damaged. I would highly recommend.

I use Arrow Container a few times a week for my roofing company and I highly recommend them. Great customer service and great communication. Most of the dumpster placements are in the driveway and they will put planks down to prevent any damages. I’ve never had a customer complain and have actually had them say how professional and friendly the drivers are. On top of the great service their rates are competitive. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

No waiting on hold with some random 1800 #, a real live person to help you figure out sizing and delivery options that best suit your needs! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

There prices were reasonable in comparison to another local company and other services that offer debris removal.The reservation process was seamless and quick. I called later in the afternoon and they offered next day service, which was perfect.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charged my card a second time - which I assume is for being overweight. It's difficult to say whether or not we were, but that's not the point. A simple call to explain and verify that charges would be made, would have been nice. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
